Amber + Forge is a boutique human-centered professional services consultancy, working with startups and other entrepreneurial-minded leaders who are seeking to optimize results throughout the workplace, without lengthy, cumbersome, and shackling practices.
We’ve worked in big-box health and wellness marketing agencies, where we were told we had to be creative, yet we were pigeon-holed into predictable frameworks and hierarchical silos that actually stifled innovation.
We realized that in order to truly create a new paradigm, we had to break away from the traditional corporate structure. That is why we architected Amber + Forge differently from the core, using human-centered design and agile approaches to create a company without the bureaucratic friction that hinders innovation and optimization.
